Exhibit 1D — Specifications for Topia Go

Topia Go provides the employee with information regarding their location, such as neighborhood guides, information on education, tax and health care systems and cultural information on life in the new city. The employee and their family have a central portal to obtain reliable information regarding the new location and get settled in faster. Our City Guides content currently covers the below outlined global locations, and is managed by members of the Topia Content team who coordinate our network of independent expatriate local content editors in these locations.

Where content on a certain city may not currently exist, we also provide content at a country level (such as the UK, India and USA detailed below) to provide employees with more general information on their new country.
