MOVE GUIDES WINS RELOCATION COMPANY OF THE YEAR IN APAC AND ANNOUNCES NEW OFFICE IN HONG KONG

MOVE Guides took home awards for both Relocation Company of the Year (Under 10,000 Moves) and Most Innovative Use of Technology in Global Mobility (runner-up) at the 2014 APAC Expatriate Management and Mobility Awards (EMMAs) ceremony in Singapore last week. Alongside their winnings, MOVE Guides also announces a major expansion into APAC with a new Hong Kong office.

“We are very committed to the Asia-Pacific region and see huge opportunity to partner with international and local companies for talent mobility into and within the region”, said MOVE Guides’ CEO Brynne Herbert. “I started my career as an expat in APAC, and am especially proud of the relocation solutions we have built for APAC in such a short time.”

MOVE Guides’ Talent Mobility Cloud is the leading cloud solution for the $15bn talent mobility industry, an emerging area of HR that involves moving talent around the world for new jobs, relocations, projects and expatriate assignments. MOVE Guides pairs the Talent Mobility Cloud with best-in-class support for employees during their relocations and for clients to manage their mobility programs. The technology and service support end-to-end mobility programs for in-house and outsourced programs, delivering up to 30% more efficiency for HR teams and 99% employee satisfaction.

APAC Judges shared their support stating, “MOVE Guides has demonstrated significant innovation with its Talent Mobility Cloud. With the trend of companies needing to easily report on mobility metrics, effectively manage vendors, data and costs, and meet employee’s needs for technology.”

MOVE Guides was founded in 2011 after Herbert’s own relocation experiences while working as an investment banker in Asia. Last year, Herbert won the Rising Star in Global Mobility EMMA in APAC.

MOVE Guides is also nominated for Most Innovative Use of Technology in Global Mobility and Relocation Company of the Year (under 10,000 moves) in the upcoming EMEA awards.
