We found that professionals often want the chance to relocate, but don't know they can. And while almost all HR leaders agree that mobility improves business and talent outcomes, they're having to spend an inordinate amount of time on mobility related tasks. The survey results highlight the current disconnect around mobility and effectively leveraging it to achieve talent and business goals.
