I am pleased to share that MOVE Guides has raised $48 million in Series C funding from Future Fund, NEA and Notion Capital.

MOVE Guides has passed many milestones in the last five years; with this Series C funding, we’ve raised more than $90 million; we’ve transformed the way our customers deliver their global mobility programs, offering the only alternative to outdated relocation companies; and we’ve built a global team of intelligent, dedicated and diverse employees.

But this is just the beginning of realizing our vision for the future of work. Today, we deliver global mobility programs for many of the world’s largest and fastest growing companies – managing relocations and expatriate assignments with more automation and data for global mobility teams and better experiences for employees. Tomorrow, we will power the complete mobile workforce – from relocations to rotating field engineers to extended travelers – estimated to be more than 30% of a multinational firm’s workforce at any point.  We will leverage our data to help companies navigate dynamic tax and immigration regulations, to manage an increasingly mobile and dispersed workforce, and to optimize employee experiences and effectiveness across all corners of the globe.

With this new funding, we will focus on three things: meeting immediate customer needs, accelerating our platform for managing the complete mobile workforce, and building a great place for great people to work. We will listen deeply to our customers.  We will relentlessly enhance our operations as we scale. We will invest in our partnerships, offering more together than we could alone.  And we will make bold decisions to create long term value.

Today’s workforce is mobile. Global revenue and production, and shifting employee demographics mean that more employees are mobile in more ways than ever before. As shown in the 2016 DHL Global Connectedness Index – which tracks international trade, capital, information and people flows – globalization continues to grow. And yet, dynamically shifting immigration policies, tax codes and alliances mean that companies need to both quickly react and rigorously plan – from immediately categorizing immigration statuses when an immigration ban is announced to location planning for a post-Brexit world.  This is a new era for global mobility.  MOVE Guides will continue to be at the forefront of it innovating for our customer and their mobile employees.

Thank you to our team, partners and investors for our journey thus far, for working together to disrupt outdated relocation companies and build a new solution for global mobility management.  Most of all, thank you to our customers.  Your commitment, candor and collaboration help us improve today and make bold bets for tomorrow. We will continue to work tirelessly to meet your needs and to help you manage your talent in this new era of global mobility.

To celebrate this milestone and to say thank you to our customers, we are making a donation for each of you to Mobility4All, our non-profit movement fostering an open, mobile and equal world.  Donations will purchase supplies for refugees fleeing areas of conflict.
