We are pleased to release our 2013 white paper, Gen Y and Global Mobility. The study, the first of many on global mobility trends and opportunities, covers the growth of Gen Y in the workforce and suggests ways that organizations can better align global mobility departments with the preferences of Gen Y.

Using research conducted over the last 6 months, we identify three specific things that Gen Y brings to organizationsand ways that forward-thinking organizations can align themselves with Gen Y to attract and retain the best talent.
