If you were to ask Frank about his motto in life, he would say that in order to be successful you must have passion for what you are doing and enjoy going to work every day. As the Sales Manager (and Chief Fun Officer) at MOVE Guides, Frank Nouris brings this motto to life.
Joining the MOVE Guides team in January, he is responsible for our European sales development and educating prospective clients about MOVE Guides, the importance of innovation in HR tech and how we can provide our clients with the edge they need to compete in the global talent war.
Before joining MOVE Guides, Frank worked in Dublin as a Corporate Sales Developer at Workday, a human capital management and financial management SaaS vendor. As their first Dutch hire, he was responsible for finding and managing new business development in the Benelux region. Previous to his HR sales days, he worked as technical support for HP Dublin, where he provided technical guidance to employees.
Representing the true expat culture of MOVE Guides, Frank has lived in six different countries: Spain, Ireland, Azerbaijan, Qatar, the Netherlands and the UK. Frank is very proud of his Dutch roots and holds a BBA from IBMS Top of Holland, specialising in Business to Business.
In his spare time, you will find Frank at the cinema building upon his already impressive checklist of movies to watch or rooting for his two favourite sports teams, Ajax Amsterdam and the Chicago Bears. Frank currently lives in Stepney Green.

The last movie you saw at the cinema:
“Edge of Tomorrow with Tom Cruise. It was pretty good, definitely worth your time because of the great action scenes and cool plot twists.”
The worst movie you have seen recently:
“Rio 2 is the worst movie because it’s a perfect example of a sequel not being up to the same standard as the original.”
Favourite Business Leader(s):
"Marc Benioff, CEO of Salesforce.com because he was the first to embrace cloud innovation. Dave Duffield, former CEO of Workday because he cares a lot about company culture and he wants to ensure that his employees loves what they are doing. And Richard Branson, founder of Virgin Group because he is one of the most interesting businessmen and he follows his dreams; plus I love his books."
Favourite part of working for MOVE Guides:
“Ownership. People own what they do at MOVE Guides. Everyone on our team feels like they are really building a successful business and that it is part of your responsibility to create something new and innovative.”
“Chicago. It really surprised me when I first got there. The city centre has lots of cool things in close proximity. The Willis Tower is incredible and I love the city's sports teams. “
World Cup Prediction:
“As our office’s designated World Cup commissioner, I think Brazil and Germany are the favourites, but I think Holland and Belgium are going to really surprise people and Argentina is going to be the biggest disappointment. Robin van Persie is going to be player of the tournament.”
