I am honoured to be shortlisted for the Google Award for Women in Digital and to be recognised alongside such a distinguished group of leading women in tech. This is an unprecedented time of growth for European tech start ups, and I look forward to building upon MOVE Guides’ extraordinary global momentum.
This award is one of twelve Digital Masters Awards recognising Europe’s top leadership talent across the digital disciplines. This year’s finalists list illustrate the strength of Europe’s digital ecosystem, with world-class executives leading European companies to global success.
Commenting on the shortlists, Robert Swerling, co-CEO of The Up Group, which organises the awards, said: “European tech is finally coming of age, and the 2015 shortlisted candidates illustrate why. For the first time, Europe is able to go toe-to-toe with the US in terms of leadership talent. We’re proud to support an initiative that recognises these outstanding individuals, and we can’t wait to celebrate their success at the ceremony in June.”
The finalists of the 12 categories have been determined by a distinguished judging panel, including leading investors Robin Klein, Sonali De Rycker, Daniel Waterhouse and Henrik Persson. Winners will be announced at a ceremony in central London on Thursday 4th June, in front of 800 of Europe’s most high-profile digital executives, entrepreneurs, board members and investors.
