Brynne joined top HR, learning and talent leaders this week, 28 April to 1 May at Bersin by Deloitte's IMPACT Conference in Miami. This was an excellent opportunity to hear from leading professionals about how they are supporting their talent for success.
In this month’s Financial Times column, MOVE Guides' CEO and founder, Brynne and Heather McGregor (FT's Mrs MoneyPenny) shared their insights on whether offering a policy of unlimited holiday creates a healthy work life balance for employees.
This interesting report highlighted that aligning a mobility program with talent strategy, compliance issues and cost reduction were the top challenges in mobility. Additionally, when asked how the global mobility team has been reacting to pressure to reduce costs, 60% said by gaining operational efficiencies and only 36% said by sending fewer expats.
